Privacy
A short policy for a site that collects very little.
PWPH does not sell personal data, run advertising pixels, or require an account to read the research. This page explains the small amount of data that does exist and how to ask us about it.
What we collect
Theme preference. This site stores a single value in your browser’s localStorage when you switch between light and dark mode. It is not sent to us and does not identify you.
Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may record standard request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles.
Email. If you choose to email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message. That is used to answer you, process a data-access request, or correct published material.
What we do not collect
- No account registration, passwords, or payment details.
- No advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or data broker pixels.
- No precise location, contact list, or device fingerprinting.
- No sale or rental of personal information.
Third-party requests
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads. Your IP address is visible to that provider as part of the request. If you prefer to avoid this, a browser extension or a build with self-hosted fonts can block the request without affecting the content.
Outbound links to hosting companies and other resources are governed by those sites’ privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. The theme preference uses localStorage, not a cookie. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before the change goes live, with an appropriate consent mechanism where required.
Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a corrections record, or meet legal obligations. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s standard security window.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@premiumwphosting.com with enough information to identify the correspondence. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain if an exception applies.
Children
The site is written for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the data practices change materially, we will update this page. A change to the analytics setup or account system would be disclosed before it is rolled out.
